Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling pipe used in an arbitrary length and a method for manufacturing the pipe. SOLUTION: A sawtooth-like recess 5 of the depth to the vicinity of the center of the entire width from one edge is provided at a metal strip-like material 4. The material 4 is stood in such a manner that the side provided with the recess 5 is disposed at the inside, spirally wound on a mandrel 6, and fins are formed. A pipe for passing liquid is passed at the center of the fins and fixed. The liquid passing the pipe is heat exchanged with the air via the pipe and fins to be cooled.
