Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ceiling embedded type air conditioner which does not contaminate the surface of a panel or a ceiling. SOLUTION: A panel 2 formed with an air intake port and an air discharge port 4 communicating with a functional part casing 1 is connected to the lower end of the casing 1 embedded in a ceiling B, and at least part of the part exposed with the ceiling B surface of the panel 2 is formed of an antistatic resin. A straightening protrusion 8 for preventing the directing of the discharge air to the ceiling B surface side protrudes from the upstream side of the vicinity of the port 4.
