Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily produce a temp.-sensitive shading film reduced in the generation of color irregularity even if an area becomes large. SOLUTION: This manufacturing process consists of a process (1) holding a transparent film 1 for an inner layer formed so that gap parts 4 for filling an aq. soln. of a heat-sensitive polymeric gel and the adhesive parts 5 with transparent films 2, 3 for surface layers are alternately present between the transparent films 2, 3 for the surface layers to bond all of the films to obtain a laminate having the gap parts 4 in the inner layer and having the opening parts 6 communicating with the gap parts 4 at the end parts of the inner layer, a process (2) filling the gap parts of the laminate with the aq. soln. of the heat-sensitive polymeric gel from the opening parts and a process (3) sealing the opening parts.
