Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid damage to a workpiece handling robot due to water or machining oil in a machining tank and to prevent an operator from being disturbed by the workpiece handling robot in manual attaching/removing work or in manual setup work. SOLUTION: For a workpiece handling robot 13 is installed on the outside of a machining tank 9, the workpiece handling robot 13 is prevented from being covered by water or oil. In addition, the workpiece handling robot 13 is automatically oscillated and retracted with a front face panel 11 when the front face panel 11 is released as the workpiece handling robot 13 is installed on the front face panel 11 (closing/opening door) in a machining tank 9, and manual workpiece attaching/removing work or manual setup work can be facilitated as the workpiece handling robot 13 is removed from in front of an operator.
