Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the accuracy, resolution, and speed of an electromagnetic actuator and suppress the drift by letting a drive coil move along a second section of a core and inducing, in a detecting coil, the current to show the position of the drive coil against the second section of the core when current is allowed to flow in the drive coil. SOLUTION: A conductive drive coil 26 is located around a leg section 12 of a core 10 and it is so supported by a slider 28 as to move along the leg section 12. Meanwhile, a conductive detecting coil 20 is fastened around a base section 22 of the core 10. When current is allowed to flow in the conductive drive coil, the drive coil 26 moves along the leg section 12 and at the same time, the current to show the position of the conductive drive coil 26 against the leg section 12 is induced in the conductive detecting coil 20. By this method, the accuracy, resolution, and speed of an electromagnetic actuator can be increased and the drift is suppressed. |
