Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the LC filter chip in which a resonance frequency of a parallel resonance circuit consisting of coils and a floating capacitor is increased by preventing it that the floating capacitance is formed over plural coils and which is used at a higher frequency band. SOLUTION: Coils La, Lb are enclosed by inter-layer insulation layers 3a, 3b, 5a, 5b and also enclosed by lower magnetic films 2a, 2b and upper magnetic films 6a, 6b. An insulation layer 7, a lower electrode 8, a dielectric material 9 and an upper electrode 10 are laminated on the upper magnetic films 6a, 6b and a capacitor is formed between the electrodes 8 and 10. The magnetic films 2a, 6a enclosing the coil La and the magnetic films 2b, 6b enclosing the coil Lb are isolated electrically at a part P. Then a floating capacitance C2 formed between the upper magnetic film 6a and the lower electrode 8 and a floating capacitance C2 formed between the upper magnetic film 6b and the lower electrode 8 are isolated to increase a resonance frequency of resonance circuits A1, B1 shown in an equivalent circuit thereby extending the frequency band of the LC filter. |
