Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the reliability in information transmission, to reduce the power consumption and to improve the convenience by transmitting a recognizing signal to a transmitter and, after that executing an output in a fixed mode when carrier wave or a fixed encoded signal is received. SOLUTION: A receiving part is a synthesizer-system single super receiving part with an intermediate frequency being 10.7MHz consisting of TCXO(temp. compensation-type liquid crystal oscillator), an PLL(phase lock loop) circuit 2, VCO(voltage control oscillator) 3, MPU(microprocessor) 5, an RF switch 6, an LC filter 7, a reception amplifier 11, a mixer 12, an IF amplifier 13 and an antenna 71. Then, unless carrier wave or the encoded signal is received, the output in another mode is executed. When carrier wave of the encoded signal is received again, the recognizing signal thereof is transmitted to the transmitter and, after that, the output in the fixed mode is executed as the output corresponding to the code.
