Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure an environment in a house, in which the growth and the like of a plant is available excellently, by a method wherein the supplying condition of air to the indoor space of the house for the cultivation of a plant and the like is improved. SOLUTION: In an air-conditioning device 2 for cooling the indoor of a house H for the cultivation of shiitake mushrooms, when a thermostat is put ON, comparatively big amount of air-conditioning air is supplied into the house H. When the thermostat is put OFF, the amount of air of about half of the air upon putting ON of the thermostat is supplied into the house to circulate the air in the house H. A temperature distribution in the house H is unified and the drying of the surface of the shiitake mushrooms is restrained to secure an environment excellent for the growth of the mushrooms.
