GANGWAY BRIDGE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To assemble gangway bridge units on the construction place so as to constitute a gangway bridge by providing gangway bridge units and joint members, and connecting together the corner parts of the adjoining gangway bridge units through the joint members. SOLUTION: A plurality of gangway bridge units 5 are horizontally arranged, the corner parts of the respective adjoining gangway bridge units 5 are connected together through respective joint members 10 arranged on both sides of the corner parts of the adjoining gangway units 5, and hence a long gangway bridge main body 1 is constituted. In the corner part of the gangway bridge unit 5, the horizontal pieces 12 of the joint member 19 are respectively arranged on the upper and lower both faces of a frame 20, a bolt 25a is inserted from the bolt hole of the upper side horizontal piece 12, passed through the bolt hole of the connecting piece 21 of the frame 20 and the bolt hole of the lower side horizontal piece 12, and a nut 25b is threadedly engaged with the extreme end of the bolt 25a from the underside of the gangway bridge unit 5 so as to fasten them. In this way, they are connected together in the state of sandwiching the connecting piece 21 of the frame 20 between both joint members 10 arranged on the upper and lower faces of the gangway bridge unit 5.
