Amides, sulphonamides and derivs. of heterocyclic substd. benzylamines of formula (I) are new: CR =CR = Ph or pyridyl both opt. substd. by Q; CR =CR = Ph or 4-8-membered cycloalkenyl both opt. substd. by Q; Q = 1-3 halo, CF3, COOH or OH; 1-6C alkoxy, 1-6C alkoxycarbonyl or 1-6C alkyl (all opt. substd. by OH or 1-4C alkoxy); R = H, halo, NO2, OH, CF3, OCF3, 1-6C alkyl, 1-6C alkoxy, 1-6C alkoxycarbonyl, CN or COOH; D = H, 4-8C cycloalkyl or 1-8C alkyl; E = H, CONR R , LR , COC(R )(R )R ) or C(R )=T; R , R = H, Ph or 1-6C alkyl; R = H or 1-6C alkyl; 5-7-membered opt. satd. heterocycle (contg. 1-3 S, N and/or O) or Ph (both opt. ring substd. by 1-3 NO2, COOH, halo, CN, 1-6C alkoxycarbonyl, 1-6C alkyl (opt. substd. by OH, COOH, 1-6C alkoxy or 1-6C alkoxycarbonyl) and/or OR ); R = H, 1-6C alkyl or 1-6C alkenyl; R = COOH, OH, 1-6C alkoxycarbonyl, CH2OH or OCOR ; R = 1-6C alkyl; R = H; or R +R = =O or =NR ; R = OH, 1-6C alkoxy, NHCONH2 or NHCSNH2; L = SO2 or CO; R = Ph, 5-7-membered aromatic heterocycle (contg. 1-3 S, N and/or O), or 1-6C alkyl (opt. substd. by Ph or 5-7-membered aromatic heterocycle), and all ring systems opt. substd. by 1-3 OH, OPh, halo, 1-5C alkyl or 1-5C alkoxy; T = O or S; and R = OPh, SPh or 1-6C alkoxy.
