Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase an interlayer welding strength and prevent a layer separation from occurring in a strip bending test by specifying the surface temperatures of the outward member layer as a lower layer and the injected resin temperatures of the outward member layer as an upper layer. SOLUTION: A two-tier outward member layer of a thermoplastic resin is formed on the outer face of an inward member layer 21 of the thermoplastic resin around which an electric heating wire 22 is wound. In addition, the surface temperatures of the outward member layer 25 as a lower layer are set to 40 deg.C or higher, while the injected resin temperatures of the outward member layer 26 as an upper layer are set to 240-270 deg.C. That is, the electric heating wire 22 is connected to a connector pin 24 inserted into and fixed to the end part of the inward member layer 21. An intermediate member 27 with the inward member layer 21 is obtained by injection- molding the molten resin of the outward member layer 25 to the inward member layer 21 with the electric heating wire 22. After that, the resin of a final outward member layer 26 is injection-molded to the outer face of the intermediate member 27. Thus the welding property of the outer member layers is improved by increasing the surface temperatures of the outward member layer as the lower layer and the injected resin temperatures of the outward member layer as the upper layer. |
