Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject formulation exhibiting excellent sustained release property and readily controlling releasing rate even in processed to a preparing form of readily administrable granules, etc., by cooling and pelletizing a uniform solution obtained by heat-melting of an active component, a cellulosic derivative and a hardened oil. SOLUTION: (A) An active component, (B) a cellulosic derivative (e.g.; ethyl cellulose or hydroxypropylmethyl cellulose) and (C) a hardened oil (e.g.; a hardened rape seed oil or a hardened soybean oil) are heat-melted by usually using a solvent such as alcohols to obtain a uniform solution, and the solution is cooled and pelletized. As the component A, a medicine necessary for avoiding abrupt rising of concentration in blood because of having a strong adverse effect, such as a thiazide-based depressor or a salicylic acid derivative-based antipyretic analgesic and antiphlogistic agent is preferable. A mixing ratio of each component in the objective formulation is preferably 10-50wt.%, 20-50wt.% and 20-60wt.% for the components A, B and C, respectively. An amount of the solvent is enough for a minimum amount to dissolve the components A and B.
