JUDGING METHOD OF DRYNESS OF SUPPLIED STEAM IN STEAM STERILIZER AND CONTROL METHOD FOR STEAM STERILIZER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable to grasp the dryness of steam supplied to a steam sterilizer by an easy method before entering sterilization work and prevent provision of nonconformity such as bad sterilization and insufficient drying from occurring based on the judging result. SOLUTION: This method is to judge steam dryness by measuring time for rising the temperature of a sterilizing tub 1 up to a specified temperature in sterilizer pre-gheating and comparing the measured result with a standard time in a steam sterilizer to pre-heat the sterilizing tub 1 by supplying steam before sterilizing work. Further, the dryness of steam supplied to the sterilizer is detected and the dryness is compared with a standard value. When the dryness is judged to be lower than the standard value, the result is informed or the sterilizer is controlled to adjust the following processes.
