TERMINAL FITTING

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the oxidation on the contact surface between a strap part and a matching terminal and prevent an overheating accident by arranging annular packings along the circumference of the matching terminal contact surface side of the strap part and the respective circumferences of bolt holes, respectively. SOLUTION: This terminal fitting is formed of a cylindrical conductor connecting part 1 and a strap part 3 having bolt holes 2 which is integrally formed on the conductor connecting part 1. An annular packing 4 is arranged on the matching terminal contact surface side 3a of the strap part 3 along the circumference of the strap part 3, and annular packings 5 are arranged along the circumferences of the bolt holes. Thus, rainwater can be surely prevented from penetrating into the contact surface between the strap part 3 and the matching terminal through the circumference of the strap part 3 and the circumferences of the bolt holes 2. Therefore, the oxidation on the contact surface between the strap part 3 and the matching terminal can be prevented.
