Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To transport a prescription case P without pinching it when a prescription is conveyed by a belt conveyor in an up and down direction. SOLUTION: A belt conveyor 4 is provided over upper and lower floors. Magnetic metal plates 11 are applied on the back of the belt 9. A magnet (a) is provided on a prescription case P, and the case P is attracted to the metal plate 11 through the belt 9. In this attracted state, the case P is moved with travel of the belt 9 to be shifted from a delivery part A on the lower floor to a receiving part on the upper floor. At the receiving part, the case P is detected by a sensor 15, a swing plate 12 is separated from the belt 9 to separate the case P from the belt, and thus the case falls down in a tray 16 through a scraper 14.
