Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an alarming device and a safety device, having relatively simple constitution, related to the lock brake of a vehicle. SOLUTION: Normally-opening magnet valves 3 and 4 are respectively located in a line through which a brake liquid pressure generated by the pedaling force of a brake pedal 1 is guided to a front brake and a rear brake. When, during lock brake in which a controller 30 closes magnet valves 3 and 4 to form a check valve, reduction of a break liquid pressure or movement of a vehicle is detected, an alarm lamp 44, an alarm buzzer 45, and a Klaxon 50 are operated and a brake actuator 5 increases the break liquid pressure of the rear brake.
