Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To send effectively non-voice data without interrupting voice communication during execution. SOLUTION: In the case of making additional information communication, a multiplex communication mobile station 100 uses a voice CODEC section 103 transmission voice data at full transmission speed. Furthermore, the received voice data are decoded by a voice CODEC section 104 at a half transmission speed are received by an additional information reception section 105. A multiplex communication base station 110 uses a voice transcoder section 113 at a full transmission speed to convert the received voice data from the multiplex communication mobile station 100. Furthermore, the transmission voice data to the multiplex communication mobile station 100 is concerted by a voice transcoder section 114 at a half transmission speed and the transmission non- voice data are sent at a half transmission speed to the multiplex communication mobile station 100.
