PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve probability for establishing speaking by transferring a call to the other transfer destination even when communication with the prescribed transfer destination is not established. SOLUTION: When SETUP from the call originating source is received (YES in 104), a transfer destination number table is retrieved, the transfer destination having the highest priority is selected (108) and a call is originated to this transfer destination (110). When there is no response from this transfer destination within prescribed time (YES in 122) or when there is the error response of communication refusal from this transfer destination (YES in 128), call origination to this transfer destination is stopped, the transfer destination having the second highest priority is selected out of the transfer destination number table (124) and a call is originated to this selected transfer destination (110). Thus, since the transfer to the transfer destination is successively tried according to the priority decided in advance, the transfer to any transfer destination is established. Namely, probability for establishing speaking can be improved.
