Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To settle problems such as causes of pollution, the sure acquirement of land for landfilling disposal or the like and realize the reproduction to and the utilization in various products by a method wherein crushed and ground waste foamed polystyrene, waste plastics and waste FRP are mixed and fused together so as to form the stock material for a molded product. SOLUTION: The mixing ratio among crushed and ground waste foamed polystylene, crushed and ground waste plastics (oil refined products in general) and ground waste FRP is 1-98%, 1-98% and 1-98% in the order named. They are mixed and fused and, after fusing, cooled and solidified. The solidification is performed by forced cooling with water or air or by natural cooling. Their mixing may well be performed before the fusion or during the fusion. Further, the waste foamed polystyrene can singly be used for a molding as publicly known. At any mixing, the use of a purging material may well be permitted. The ground and solidified stock material can be recycled and re-utilized in various products. |
