Data from a measuring instrument 2 and a controller 3 is logged in the master computer 4-1 through control LAN 11. The slave computers 42 and 43 collate to logging time of data on the master computer 4-1 through information LAN 12 and collect/accumulate latest data on the master computer 4-1 through information LAN 12.
