Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically judge breakdown position of a stave of blast furnace by fitting a pressure gauge to a furnace bottom side of multiple pipeline systems of a stave, and detecting the pressure fluctuation. SOLUTION: Water is supplied to a stave 1, which is formed out of multiple stages, from a main pipe 2 provided under the stave 1, and discharged to a main pipe 3 provided over the stave 1. Cut-off valves 4, 5 are provided above and below this systems, and detecting lines 6, 7 are respectively fitted to the cut-off valves 4, 5. A pressure gage 8 is fitted to the furnace bottom side detecting line 6 so as to continuously monitor the pressure and pressure fluctuation. For example, in the case where a breakdown part 11 is generated in the stave 1, since the pressure fluctuation is generated, a breakdown of the pipeline systems can be detected. Hydrostatic pressure H (m) can be detected on the basis of an indicated value of the pressure gage 8 during the rest of blasting or during the pressure reduction. In the case where a breakdown is generated in the stave 1 at the time of blasting, the furnace-inside pressure is applied to the stave 1 at the breakdown position, and the height of the breakdown position can be obtained on the basis of the relational curve between the pressure and the height. |
