Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve concentricity accuracy of a light-transmitting part of a rotary disk and a light-transmitting part of a fixed slit of an optical rotary encoder. SOLUTION: A rotary disk 4 is fitted to a rotary shaft 3 supported at a housing 1 via a bearing 2, and a fixed slit plate 7 is incorporated in the housing 1. In this state, a photosensitive agent layer 20 set at a surface of the fixed slit part 7 is exposed to light beams projected through a light-transmitting part 5 of the rotary disk 4. After the layer 20 is developed, other parts such as a light-detecting element 8, a light-emitting element 9, a circuit board, etc., are assembled. If the light-transmitting part 5 of the rotary disk 4 is a hole, the hole can be used in place of the photosensitive agent layer 20 to print to the fixed slit plate. |
