Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the two stage meshing phenomenon in a speed change gear device of dual operation type in which a hub sleeve is shifted from the neutral position to one direction or the other to respectively operate a synchronizing device with effective function. SOLUTION: In an elastic connection means 20 to connect a shift fork II to hold a hub sleeve to a fork shaft 12 which is supported in the axial direction in a slidable manner by the prescribed quantity and interlocked with the shift lever, a pair of elastic rings 21, 22 which are coaxially assembled to the fork shaft 12 formed of the rubber material and engaged with each end part in the axial direction of the shift fork 11 in an attachable/detachable manner, and a pair of holding plates 23, 24 which are assembled to the fork shaft 12 and hold the elastic rings 21, 22 by the shift fork 11 in the axial direction are provided.
