Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a function and a lifetime by forming a room whose input portion or output portion extends at least nearly in the circumferential direction and receiving at least one force accumulator and vibration absorbing mass. SOLUTION: A vibration absorbing device 6 is mounted inside in the radial direction of a damping device 5. The vibration absorbing device 6 has a force accumulator 16 made of metal. To form the vibration absorbing device 6, one end of the force accumulator 16 is received in a cutout 15 of a boss flange 4 and the other end thereof is received in the cutouts 29, 30 or a window of opposite plates 31, 32 forming vibration absorbing mass. The cutouts 15 of the boss flange 4 and the cutouts 29, 30 of opposite plates 31, 32 are formed congruently each other. As a result, the vibration absorbing mass formed by the opposite plates 31, 32 is held such that it is substantially floated in the force accumulator 16. Therefore, when a relative turn is reversed or the vibration absorbing mass passes zero, a play and a moment jump is not produced.
