RADIATION CURABLE RESIN COMPOSITION FOR VINYL CHLORIDE SHEET

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject composition having excellent adhesivity on a vinyl chloride sheet and useful as a top-coating agent by compounding a polymerizable urethane resin and an ethylenically unsaturated group-containing resin as essential components, and optionally a filler. SOLUTION: This resin composition is composed of (A) a polymerizable urethane resin containing a polyol or a polyester polyol of 300-3000 in a molecular weight and one ethylenically unsaturated group or more in a molecule, (B) a resin containing one ethylenic unsaturated group or more in a molecule and optionally (C) a filler having an average particle diameter of 0.5-30μm. Further, in the case where the component C is compounded, a polycarboxylic acid-based surfactant is preferably used as a dispersant. A polymerizable urethane resin containing a urethane (meth)acrylate resin in an amount of 5-50wt.% based on the total solid components is preferably used as the component A. Furthermore, it is preferable that the components A, B and C are used in amounts of 5-70%, 5-70% and 0.5-50% based on the total solid components, respectively.
