Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent generation or flaws and stains in manufacturing and mounting processes by forming a reflection preventing film on one face of a filth base material having a specified thickness formed of a resin which contains a polyethylene terephthalate as a main component, forming an easy-to-adhere layer having a specified thickness on the other face, and providing a peelable protective film thereon. SOLUTION: On one face of a film base material formed of a resin which contains a polyethylene terephthalate with a thickness of 50-250μm as a main component, a reflection preventing film is formed. On the other face, an easy-to- cadhere layer having a thickness of 0.1-2μm is formed and a peelable protective film is provided thereon. Here, when the thickness of the film base material is less than 50μm, there is a drawback in mechanical and formative stability. When the thickness exceeds 250μm, mounting property on displays deteriorates. When the thickness of the easy-to-adhere layer is less than 0.1μm, sufficient adhesion can not be obtained. Also when the thickness is too thick to a certain extent, effect of the adhesion saturates so as to be meaningless. Thus, generation of flaws and stains due to contacts in manufacturing and mounting processes can be prevented. |
