SOLUTION: This new yellowtail growing hormone protein having a sequence of 185 pieces of amino acids expressed by the formula and has an action accelerating growth of a yellowtail, and a mass production of yellowtails is possible by resolving the whole primary structure of the yellowtail's tissue, then the hormone protein is useful for resolution of a physiological active mechanism and in a field of an aquaculture, etc., of a young yellowtail. The yellowtail growing hormone is obtained by isolating mRNA from a yellowtail glandula pituitaria tissue in a usual method, enzymatically synthesizing a complementary chain DNA by using the mRNA, treating the resultant DNA with a restriction enzyme, integrating a fragment into a vector, introducing into a host cell and culturing, screening the resultant many colonies with a probe, integrating the resultant yellowtail growing hormone gene into a vector and manifesting in the host cell.
