Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a DC power device small-sized, light-weight, and high- efficiency as an auxiliary power source. SOLUTION: The output of a first rectifying device RC101 to which a commercial alternating current is inputted is connected to a smoothing capacitor C101 through the medium of a switching device Q101 and a second rectifying device RC102 provided in order. Besides, the instantaneous voltage of the output of the first rectifying device RC101 is detected by a voltage detecting circuit 300. And the switching device Q101 is on/off-controlled by the frequency of the commercial AC or a frequency lower than that, by turning the switching device Q101 on when the detected value is a threshold value set beforehand or smaller, and turning the switching device Q101 off when it is larger than the above- mentioned threshold value. And a voltage generated in the smoothing capacitor C101 is obtained as a DC voltage.
