Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production process for a resin composition which can form a resin coating layer excellent in adhesion to wood-based material and provide lubrication-treated steel plate using the same. SOLUTION: A polyester-diol in which 60-100mol% of the dicarboxylic acid component are terephthalic and/or isophthalic acids, while 60-100mol% of the glycol component are diethylene glycol or its derivative (its number-average molecular weight is 500-6,000) and a hydrogenated diphenylmethane diisocyanate are mixed so that the molar ratio of NCO groups/OH groups may range from 0.8 to 1.5, and they are allowed to react to prepare this resin composition. A lubrication-treated steel plate having this resin composition on the uppermost layer in a prescribed thickness is excellent in adhesion to wood-based materials. A composite material in which vinyl acetate adhesive is used or a composite material in which fiber boards are used as a wood-based material are particularly preferred for this purposes. |
