Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent burrs from separating from a disk when the resin disk is held, by providing a seat receiving the outer peripheral end of the disk at the bottom face of a V-shaped groove. SOLUTION: A V-shaped groove 2 to guide a disk 1 is provided in the constitution of a disk holder device 3 and a seat 2b receiving the outer peripheral end 1a of the disk 1 is provided at the bottom face 2a of the V-shaped groove 2. The width (w) of the bottom face 2a of the V-shaped groove 2 is made wider than the thickness (t) of the disk 1 and the side face of the disk 1 is protected from a pressure. But if the bottom face is too wide, the disk plays and hence, the width is made larger by 0.2mm or so than the thickness (t) of the disk 1. The angle θ of the V-shaped groove 2 is made smaller than 90 degrees and the height (a) of the receive seat 2b is made longer than the length (b) of the burr 4 and further, the burr 4 at both ends of the outer peripheral end 1a of the disk 1 is prevented from getting into contact with the bottom face 2a. When the burr 4 exists at the center of the thickness of the disk 1, a receive groove 2c is provided at the center of the receive seat 2b. |
