Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: To provide a motor-driven universal head on which a conventional television camera is mounted with a small configuration. CONSTITUTION: A camera mount base 5 provided with a mount screw 4 fixing a television camera 3 is mounted to a turn base 1 turned in the panning direction to be turnable in the tilt direction and the turning base 1 is driven by meshing of a panning worm 15 and a worm wheel 8 of a panning motor 16 and the camera mount base 5 is driven in the tilt direction by meshing between a tilt worm 13 and a tilt gear 7 of a tilt motor 14. Thus, the universal head is configured in a small size and applied to the conventional television camera 3.
