Zusammenfassung:	Hydroxyl and uretedione group-containing polyisocyanates (I), containing (A) 55-85 wt% uretedione, (B) 2-15 wt% polyol with at least 3 OH groups and/or (C) 5.5-31 wt% diol and/or (D) 7.5-33 wt% chain extender with a functionality of 2-6. Polyisocyanates (I) contain terminal OH groups and have a functionality of at least 3, a mol. wt. of 1500-4400 and a free isocyanate content of less than 0.5 wt%. Also claimed are: (i) a process for the production of (I), in which reactants (B), (C) and (D) are used as mixtures containing at least one mol (B) and/or (D) with more than 2 OH groups in the mixture, and (ii) non-separating, transparent and pigmented polyurethane coating powders containing unblocked (I) in combination with hydroxyl group-containing polymers (II) and other additives etc.
