EJECTOR HEAD FOR PUMP AND ITS MANUFACTURE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve production efficiency with a molding cycle shortened by constituting an ejector head of a head body and a joint which are divided into separate components wherein both are assembled for constitution. SOLUTION: Two kinds of first head bodies 1, 2 made of resin and two kinds of first and second joint members 3, 4 made of resin are molded respectively into separate components. Four kinds of ejector heads 5A to 5D are constituted of combinations of the head bodies 1, 2 and the joint members 3, 4. The first and second head bodies 1, 2 and the first and second joint members 3, 4 are equipped, as a common connection structure, with a fitting hole 6 on a lower face of the first and second head bodies 1, 2 and with a fitting part 7 on an upper part of the first and second joint members 3, 4. The fitting part 7 is fitted into the fitting hole 6 for connection. This constitution eliminates a screw removing process of a locking screw of the joint at the time of molding the head bodies 1, 2 and eliminates a slide core removing process of a nozzle of the head body at the time of molding the joints, thereby shortening a molding cycle.
