Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated film with excellent resistance to brittle fracture, transparency and workability. SOLUTION: This laminated film has a surface layer consisting of a resin compsn. with 95-80 pts.wt. polyester copolymer and 5-20 pts.wt. thermoplastic polyurethane (the sum of both polymers is 100 pts.wt.), an intermediate layer consisting of two layers of a polyamide layer and a saponified ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer resin and a heat seal layer. It is pref. that the polyester copolymer constituting the surface layer has a glass transition temp. of 40-75 deg.C and the crystal m.p. of 215-245 deg.C.
