Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a spherical grainy foam pearl having known preferable properties such as excellent mold charge property and fusion weld property by lowering temperature of water for granulation to immediately before a temperature range where fill-in of an extruder-hole plate due to a hardening solution occurs. SOLUTION: A plastic granule which has no crater nor offcut and can be formed into a spherical grainy foam pearl and is sufficiently spherical being expandable can be manufactured by granulating in water. At this time, the temperature of the water for the granulation is set to 20-45 deg.C. Accordingly, a grainy foam obtainable from it by dispersion foaming has excellent fluidity at a charging process in manufacturing a molding member. |
