Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform control so as to adjust the engagement of a spring work pressure releasing type brake when a power supply to a solenoid is suddenly stopped by connecting a shut-off valve mechanism to an accumulation chamber and a solenoid control type pilot stage to the shut-off valve mechanism. SOLUTION: A shut-off valve mechanism 19 arranged between passages 24 and 37 is connected to an accumulation chamber 34 and when a fluid flowing from the passage 37 through the passage 24 exceeds a specified flow rate, the shut-off valve mechanism 19 blocks the flowing of the fluid from the accumulation chamber 34 to a solenoid control type pilot stage 16 connected to the shut- off valve mechanism 19 by a flow control means 39. When the flow control means 39 is in a flow block mode, a fluid pressure in the accumulation chamber 34 is reduced by a pressure reducing means 41. Further, the flowing of the fluid from the accumulation chamber 34 to the passage 24 is controlled by a flow diaphragm means 42. Thus, when a power supply to the solenoid is stopped, control is performed so as to adjust the engagement of a brake.
