Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the occurrence of abnormal sound caused by a stick slip. SOLUTION: A R-groove is formed on the outer periphery of a seal ring 40 as a groove part 41. After opening the cut part 42 of the ring 40 for attaching it to a rotary shaft, the groove part 41 is used as an oil groove for keeping a lubricating oil. Since the lubricating oil is kept in the groove part 41, an oil film is formed on the surface of the seal ring, which is certainly lubricated in the case of sliding, and a stick slip motion can therefore be prevented.
