Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a polyacetal resin composition which retains toughness and heat stability inherent in the constituent polyacetal and is excellent in the characteristics required of clips and hinges and fluidity by mixing a polyacetal resin with a combination comprising a core/shell polymer and a polyethylene resin. SOLUTION: This resin composition is obtained by mixing 96-40wt.%, based on the whole composition, polyacetal resin with 3-50wt.% substantially anion-free core/shell polymer comprising 50-90wt.% core made of a rubbery polymer and 10-50wt.% shell made of a glassy polymer and 1-10wt.% polyethylene resin (desirably ethylene/acrylate copolymer) having a melt index of 1.0-250g/10min.
