The composition is prepared into a dentifrice such as a toothpaste, a mouth rinsing agent, a troche, a chewing gum, etc., and used. The composition effectively removes stain of tooth surface, e.g. stain plaque or tobacco tar by chemical action and enables cleaning of a part which tooth brush does not reach and increases beautifying and whitening effect of tooth surface. Further, since the composition has excellent cleaning effect, the composition can reduce blend amount of polisher when dentifrice is prepared.
