LIQUID COMPOSITION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a liquid composition, comprising a glucide-based surfactant in a solution of a crystalline compound dissolved therein, excellent in low-temperature stability and hardly causing the deposition of the crystalline compound by preservation at low temperatures. SOLUTION: This liquid composition is obtained by dissolving one or more selected from a fatty acid having an 8-30C alkyl group or its salt (e.g. pentadecanoic acid), an aliphatic alcohol (e.g. decanol) and a salt and a derivative thereof in a solvent such as ethyl alcohol and then including one or more glucide-based surfactants of formulas I, II and III (R1 to R8 are each OH or an 8-22C carboxyl; R9 to R12 are each OH, an 8-12C carboxyl, etc.; R13 is an aglycone residue) therein.
