Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance activity and stability by making an object exist on a conductive carbon carrier in a cabonized shape having a specific platinum- aluminium carbide structure. SOLUTION: After an aqueous solution of platinum salt is added to a suspension obtained by suspending a conductive carbon carrier in the water, a sufficient alkaline liquid is added, and pH is raised to 9, and platinum is deposited on the carrier. Next, after this platinum is reduced by a reducing agent, an aqueous solution of aluminum slat is added so that an atomic ratio of platinum to aluminum becomes 80:20 to 60:40, and an ammonia solution is added, and aluminum is deposited on the carrier, and a catalytic precursor is obtained. After this catalytic precursor is separated, cleaned and dried, it is calcined at 200 to 950 deg.C in an inert gas or a reductive atmosphere, and a platinum- aluminum carbide Pt3 AlC0.5 structure is formed. |
