Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a cutting blade from suffering from nicks and chipping by forming cemented carbide coating layer with aluminum oxide multiple layer. SOLUTION: An Al2 O3 layer is composed of at least two layers of S including Al2 O3 unit layer having its mean layer thickness of 0.5 to 3μm and including S component of 0.01 to 0.2 atomic %, and composed of Al2 O3 , group multiple layer consisting of mutually laminate layer of at least one layer of CNO unit layer having 0.01 to 0.5μm mean layer thickness (Ti, Al). The mean layer thickness of this Al2 O3 multiple layer is set to 3 to 15μm. Film thickening is made possible by means of S containing Al2 O3 layer and by means of (Ti, Al) CNO layer, prevent ion of fragility can be attempted.
