Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply hold flanges in the case of welding flanges to both ends of a tube body and forming a drum tube. SOLUTION: The outer periphery is fitted into ring shaped grooves 5 carved on the peripheral part of two supporting rolls 4 juxtaposed in the lower part of a positioner 1 to easily erect flanges by themselves. Further, a pressing roll 16 is arranged in the upper part so as to freely ascend and descend, flanges erected by themselves are interposed between the upper and lower rolls, thereby holding flanges.
