Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily apply a circuit to a circuit in which a reference current source is required without affecting the other parts of a chip by providing a current compensation part receiving the bias current of a current input part, compensating the bias current in accordance with the changes of analog voltage, substrate voltage and temperatures and generating reference current. SOLUTION: This circuit is composed of a start part 10 operating a CMOS current source circuit by the start signal inputted from the outside, a bias current generation part 20 generating the bias current Ibias in accordance with the changes of analog voltage, substrate voltage and temperatures by the start part 10, a current input part 30 in which the bias current Ibias is inputted and a current compensation part 40 compensating the bias current Ibias in accordance with the changes of analog voltage, substrate voltage and temperatures by the bias current Ibias of the current input part 30 and generating reference current Iref. In the start part 10, an inverter 11 and a transistor 12 are provided. |
