Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a reduction in volume of heating circulation water to be clearly informed without producing any erroneous acknowledgment of abnormal state of equipment or the like without increasing a manufacturing cost. SOLUTION: Informing of a case in which an amount of heating circulation water is reduced to a volume less than a predetermined amount is carried out by lamps 4, (4a) used also for informing an abnormal state of equipment and at the same time as the lamps 4, (4a), lamps capable of emitting lights of at least two different kinds of colors are used. Light emitting colors of the lamps 4, (4a) in the case that a reduction in heating circulation water is informed are made different from the light emitting colors when the abnormal state of the equipment or the like is informed, thereby the reduction in heating circulation water is clearly discriminated from the abnormal state of the equipment and informed.
