WORK METHOD FOR COUPLING WALL PANEL AND FITTING USED THEREIN

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a work method for coupling wall panels in a simple manner without the necessity of recovery work, and a fitting used in this work method. SOLUTION: Each of wall panels 1 is formed in each end face thereof with a semicircular joint recess 6, and accordingly, when these panels 1 are regularly made to abut against each other, joint parts 7 of circular section are formed. Further, fittings 1 each having a cylindrical shape and formed therein with a slit 12 are prepared. After the wall panels 1 are laid, one of the wall panels is deviated outward of its surface, as indicated by the chain line, the wall panel 1 is repositioned by the hands or a vice so as to be flush with the adjacent wall panels 1 as indicated by the solid lines. Then, the fittings 11 are fitted in the joint parts 7, making resilient contact with the joint parts 7 having a regular circular cross-sectional shape. Thus, even though a repositioning force is removed, the wall panels 1 are held being flush with one another without returning into a deviated attitude. Thereafter mortar is filled in the joint parts 7 and is then solidified, thereby the wall panels 7 are coupled together being flush with one another.
