Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spread spectrum receiver which is capable of performing a reception with high synchronizing holding capacity at also the time of a low input signal. SOLUTION: In an input terminal 10, the base band signals that the frequency conversions are performed from reception signals and digital information signals and PN codes are multiplied is inputted. These signals are inputted in multipliers 20 and 21 and the signals are multiplied by PN codes Pa and Pb of different phases which are outputted from a PN code generator 30. The outputs of the multipliers 20 and 21 are inputted in nonlinear amplifiers 40 and 41 and are inputted in low-pass filters 50 and 51. Because the output signals of the low-pass filters 50 and 51 become an integrated output by multiplying the signal imparted to the input terminal 10 and the PN code outputted from the PN code generator 30, the output signals become equal to the result determining the mutual correlation of the both signals. If the output of a low-pass filter 51 is subtracted from the output of a low-pass filter 50 in an adder 60, a delay discrimination characteristic can be obtained in the output of the adder 60.
