Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recording/reproducing device for cutting off a head coil current immediately before an abnormal current flows to a recording/ reproducing head and to preventing the partial disturbance, erasing of disk recording or erroneous recording in the disk. SOLUTION: A head switch 12 connected to a magnetic head 11 in series is provided and the continuity of this head switch 12 is controlled by first switching control circuits (23 and 26) operated associatively with a recording circuit, second switching circuits (24 and 26) operated associatively with a reproducing circuit and third switching circuits (25 and 26) operated associatively with an erasing circuit.
