SOLUTION: A user decides the product which is to be purchased by means of a user system 5 through the computer network 4. A transmission part 11 calls a service center 7 and transmits order information containing credit card information through a settlement network 6. The service center 7 requests a sales price to an approval center 13 based on order information. The approval center 13 pays the price to the service center 7. The service center 7 transmits order information and the sales piece to a sales store system. A transmission processing part 19 delivers the products to the user based on order information.
