Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To keep high correction accuracy and to facilitate calibration concerning a coordinate detector for easily inputting coordinate information to an information processor such as personal computer or word processor. SOLUTION: A storage device 33 has a 1st storage means 34 for dividing an input range 13 into 1st number of areas and storing correction data provided from the respective areas and a 2nd storage means 35 for dividing the input range 13 into 2nd number of areas less than the 1st number of divided areas and storing correction data provided from the respective areas and when outputting the detected coordinate value, a control part 3 performs the correction of coordinate value based on the correction data of correspondent area stored in the 1st storage means 34 and the correction of coordinate value based on the correction data of correspondent area stored in the 2nd storage means 35.
